Terms and Conditions

Once a place is booked/paid for on any of our training classes the payment is non-refundable.

If you are unable to take up your booked place on one of our Classes you may transfer to an alternative date, subject to availability.  All transfers to another course must be requested at least 28 days prior to your booked class commencing. Requests made within 28days of the course start date will be subject to a 50% transfer fee. Once a course has started, course fees are non-refundable or transferable.

All booking amendments will be subject to a £20 admin fee.

In the event that we cancel training due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness, adverse weather conditions, inaccessibility of training venue, covid-19 government guidelines etc., we will make every effort to reschedule your training to an alternative day/time. 

If this is not possible, at our discretion a partial refund may be provided up to 50% of the value of the cancelled week. If through our own act or omission we have to cancel a week’s class, you will be entitled to a credit note for that cancelled week if we are unable to reschedule or offer you a suitable alternative.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. If you decide to cancel your training programme prior to your first session the following cancellation charges apply.

It may at times be neccessaary to change venues at short notice; in these circumstances we will endevour to give us much notice as possible with the minimum notice being thrity minutes. However, as the two venues we currently use are only minutes apart and the facilities are similar, no refund will be given should we need to change venues at short notice. 

For cancellation , a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required. 

The following cancellation charges will apply:

• More than 7 days prior to first session/stay | no cancellation penalty.

• Less than 7 days prior to first session/stay | 50% cancellation charge.

• Less than 48hours prior to the session/stay: session is forfeited.

• All booking amendments/cancellations will be subject to a £20 admin fee.

Once your programme has started and you can no longer attend your session on the planned date/time, sessions may be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time subject to the following notice timescale:

• More than 7 days prior to the session: can be rebooked to a mutually convenient day/time

• Between 2-7 days prior to the session: session can be rebooked subject to 50% charge

• Less than 48hours prior to the session: session is forfeited
• Phone consultations/zoom meetings will be charged at £40 per hour/part thereof
• Consults with third parties on behalf of customers will also incur a charge of £40 per hour/part thereof
